Why do I keep having to enter my email?

We ask for your email so that we know where to send your exported notebooks and session playbacks. After you enter your email, we send a confirmation email to you. Once you've confirmed your email, you won't be asked for it again. There are two main reasons why you might be missing the confirmation email:

1) You entered your email incorrectly.

2) The confirmation email isn't making it to your inbox — try checking your spam and other folders.

If neither of those apply and you still aren't receiving the confirmation email, then email help@bramble.io and we'll help you out.
